Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build intuitive Power Apps canvas apps, including screen/navigation design, responsive layouts, reusable components, delegation-aware data access, and performance tuning.
  • •Convert business requirements and user journeys into working applications with strong usability and performance against real data volumes.
  • •Design and implement scalable Power Automate workflows, including cloud/child flows, error handling and retries, approvals, scheduled and event-driven processing, and concurrency/throughput.
  • •Implement Dataverse solutions (data model, business rules) and design the Dataverse security model with appropriate row-level and column-level security.
  • •Integrate AI agents and Copilot capabilities, connect external systems and Microsoft 365 services, apply ALM and deployments, and troubleshoot/tune defects across apps, flows, and Dataverse.

Key Requirements

  • •6–10 years of application development with substantial recent focus on Microsoft Power Platform.
  • •Hands-on experience building Power Apps canvas apps with reusable components, responsive design, Power Fx, collections/variables, delegation, and performance optimization.
  • •Strong experience designing and implementing scalable Power Automate workflows, including error handling, child flows, approvals, and high-volume or long-running patterns.
  • •Proven Dataverse implementation experience including tables, columns, relationships, alternate keys, calculated/rollup fields, and business rules.
  • •Practical understanding of Dataverse security model and the ability to design row-level and column-level security for an organizational structure.
