•Lead the team of ~5 Solution Engineers plus PoV function; hire, develop, and manage to set quality and speed
•Build the implementation system with processes, capacity planning, and quality controls for predictable onboarding
•Own the vision for where the solution engineering team should develop both organizationally and technically
•Run presales calls with prospects, align with Account Executives on scope, and set realistic technical commitments
•Drive technical scalability by partnering with Product, Data, and Engineering to automate manual work and push for productization
