Job Summary

Own the end-to-end Microsoft Teams platform for a global enterprise, defining strategy, architecture, governance, and the operational model. Lead deployment, optimization, and evolution of Teams capabilities (meetings, chat, channels, voice, integrations, security, device integration, and space booking). Monitor and analyze performance, manage complex incidents, and drive interoperability across Microsoft 365 services. Partner with engineering and manage vendors/consultants, while expanding AI/automation opportunities across Teams and Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Microsoft Teams platform strategy, roadmap, architecture, governance, and day-to-day service excellence as a lead SME.
•Design and implement enterprise Teams policies, configuration standards, lifecycle management, and best-practice governance.
•Optimize global Teams experience using monitoring, analytics, incident trend analysis, and partnership with Microsoft.
•Oversee Teams interoperability across Microsoft 365 services and lead problem management, root cause analysis, and resolution for complex issues.
•Drive AI and agentic automation opportunities across Teams and Microsoft 365 (including Copilot, Graph-based automation, workflow intelligence, and collaboration agents).

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or at least 2 years with an advanced degree) OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
•6–8 years of enterprise Microsoft Teams experience.
•Experience with Teams Admin Center, PowerShell, Teams Rooms, and Teams governance.
•Knowledge of collaboration security and compliance tools, including guest access/external collaboration/retention/DLP/compliance capabilities.
•Ability to lead problem management, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex Teams issues.
