Job Summary

Own customer success for cloud-based AI and ML solutions, building strong technical relationships and guiding customers through implementation and optimization. Monitor customer progress against KPIs and help maximize ROI by delivering strategic guidance on industry and technical changes. Provide trainings and workshops, resolve customer issues, and equip clients with the tools and knowledge to achieve business and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding business needs and technical requirements.
•Provide technical guidance and support for customers’ implementation and optimization of cloud-based AI/ML solutions, including Kubernetes solutions.
•Conduct regular performance monitoring and reporting to ensure achievement of KPIs and ROI.
•Stay up to date on industry trends, technical advancements, and regulatory changes to advise clients.
•Deliver customer training and workshops and resolve customer concerns to support satisfaction and retention.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 175,000 annually

•Ability to build relationships at all levels and adapt in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
