Job Summary

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker after completing a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations across operations and Sales & Service. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and cross-sell to deepen relationships. Proactively reach out using CAMP and other approved marketing tools, partner with mortgage and small business teams, meet production and customer experience goals, process teller transactions, and own loan workflow from application to closing.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend appropriate solutions using the value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Drive cross-selling and outside sales activities, including presentations and community financial literacy events as directed.
•Process teller transactions and participate in the consumer loan and bankcard process, owning sourced loans through closing; follow retail policies to mitigate fraud and risk.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to conduct sales activities to acquire new consumer households and small business customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Ability to complete S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS at the time of employment.
