Key Requirements

  • •Substantial experience with strategic enterprise RFPs, from solutions engineering/pre-sales or leading enterprise proposals/bid functions.
  • •A builder’s approach to AI and automation, including shipping internal tooling/workflows or partnering with engineers closely.
  • •Exceptional communication across directions, including credibility with enterprise evaluators and ability to mobilize executives and SMEs against deadlines.
  • •Strong commercial judgment to shape win strategy with sales and decline weak pursuits with clear rationale.
  • •Ambition to build and lead a global function, not just run a process.
