Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide integration strategies across multi-vendor software stacks and hardware baselines using CI/CD pipelines as the primary mechanism for build, test, and deploy.
  • •Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build/packaging, unit/integration/performance/security tests, and environment configuration, deployment, and rollback.
  • •Develop integration test strategies and embed them into CI/CD pipelines; manage system validation efforts and oversee performance tuning and issue resolution.
  • •Provide system-level architecture and integration artifacts (test plans, automated test suites, conformance matrices, cross-domain interface documentation, runbooks).
  • •Apply advanced scripting/automation (especially PowerShell) to orchestrate pipeline steps, automate configuration management and patching, and integrate with APIs, repositories, test tools, and monitoring systems.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience supporting systems administration/engineering and integration for large-scale system sustainability.
  • •5+ years of related DoD, Military, or U.S. Government experience.
  • •Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret SCI + Polygraph.
  • •Hands-on expertise with ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Desktop plus supporting geospatial toolkits.
  • •DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) 8140 IAT Level II with CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or GSEC; plus DevSecOps/CI/CD pipeline experience including secure testing, compliance/config checks, and release/rollback.
