Key Responsibilities

•Drive Product Adoption: Partner directly with enterprise marketing teams to onboard them onto the Agentic Marketing Platform Ads, ensuring they see immediate value through high-quality creative output.
•Master AI Workflows: Utilize advanced prompt engineering across leading generative AI models to create polished, on-brand, and performant ad creatives (imagery, video, and copy) tailored to complex client guidelines.
•Consult & Strategize: Act as a creative consultant for top-tier brands. Help clients merge traditional brand guidelines with agentic AI workflows to maintain high taste and aesthetic quality.
•Performance Optimization: Collaborate with clients to set up A/B tests, analyze creative performance data, and refine prompts and strategies to boost ROI and conversions.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide client feedback shaping the AI Decisioning and creative generation roadmap.

Key Requirements

•AI-first mindset with deep hands-on experience using generative AI to create design assets (images, video, copy).
•Portfolio demonstrating AI-generated assets and strong visual aesthetics in art direction, design, or creative strategy.
