Job Summary

Lead finance activities for the Project & Automation Solutions (PAS) India line of business. Partner with the PAS General Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to drive revenue, operating income, working capital, and cash flow. Own key finance processes including Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning, Monthly Business Reviews, financial analysis, forecasts, deal modeling and contract review support, and ensure project review compliance while improving customer-to-cash efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide business partnering to the India PAS General Manager and cross-functional team to deliver financial commitments (revenue, operating income, working capital, cash flow).
•Provide financial guidance across PAS India activities, including strategic analysis, deal analysis/modeling, contract reviews, and cost control.
•Lead AOP planning for the line of business and support Monthly Business Review (MBR) with analysis of profitability, project backlog, deviations, utilization, billability, and recovery.
•Drive customer-to-cash (C2C) efficiency by monitoring and improving working capital, partnering with the working capital team to improve turns and minimize bad debts.
•Ensure internal controls and compliance by adhering to project review processes, identifying cost overruns early, and performing quarterly analytic reviews of P&L and balance sheet trends.

Key Requirements

•Professionally qualified (CA) with more than 8–10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
•Experience in manufacturing, project, and/or service industries (desirable).
•Fluent in verbal and written English for communication with global stakeholders.
•Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and strong MS Office skills.
•Strong knowledge of US GAAP, direct/indirect taxes, and project accounting.
