Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and perform advanced production machinery setups and adjustments according to product manufacturing specifications and production itineraries
  • •Operate production machinery safely and according to Production Department procedures
  • •Perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance as required, and ensure maximum equipment utilization
  • •Inspect parts and product/components using drawings/schematics to meet quality specifications and maintain inspection records
  • •Use IIoT systems to review daily key metrics (safety, quality situations, production status) and report problems/anomalies during tier meetings

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree in Automotive Mechanics or Industrial, and/or Associate degree in Tool & Die Maker
  • •1 year of experience in manufacturing processes, tooling tools, and intermediate knowledge using tooling equipment
  • •Ability to read and interpret schematics and product drawings
  • •Ability to perform advanced-level production machine setup and adjustments and troubleshoot issues
  • •Working knowledge of quality processes (ISO 9001) and environmental processes (ISO 14001), and basic LEAN tools/processes
