Job Summary

Perform general labor and support plant operations by assisting the plant foreperson with daily upkeep and equipment-related tasks. Operate heavy equipment such as a frontend loader and skid steer, complete required plant maintenance, and assist crew members as needed. Detect safety hazards and equipment malfunctions, follow directions and safety procedures, and may support welding and fabrication work when required.
