Key Responsibilities

  • •Take on a portfolio of 300 corporate clients trading online through the EBO platform.
  • •Provide daily operational and trading assistance, including support for international payments and ensuring Ebury is the main trading platform.
  • •Build and maintain client relationships through client-facing service and upselling of Ebury products.
  • •Resolve client issues as they arise and manage enquiries across several platforms for different client types.
  • •Promote the company offering and identify new opportunities (e.g., currency requirements and upcoming client needs) in coordination with sales/commercial teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong interest in sales and client servicing with a client-facing mindset.
  • •Knowledge of FX and confidence working with exchange rates, profit margins, and commercial implications.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to mediate between multiple internal departments to find solutions.
  • •Ability to manage workload under tight time constraints, multitask, and prioritise around daily deadline peaks.
  • •Accuracy-focused experience handling live trade booking, banking information, figures, and high-value/volume payments (Microsoft Excel preferred).
