Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full company P&L, revenue through EBITDA, and serve as the primary partner to Accounting for the monthly close cycle.
  • •Lead the annual operating plan and Master P&L model, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and multiple reforecasts each year.
  • •Produce board-level finance addendum materials and present financials in monthly leadership reviews to support executive decision-making.
  • •Maintain transaction readiness infrastructure and provide internal financial leadership for M&A diligence workflows.
  • •Partner on headcount and cost management, run recurring cost reviews (including AWS and SaaS vendors), and improve FP&A tooling and data integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or strategic finance, with at least 2 years in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
  • •Own a full company or business unit P&L and navigate ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
  • •Experience with transaction processes (M&A, capital raise, or strategic review) and familiarity with due diligence data packages.
  • •Expert-level financial modeling skills including multi-driver operating models, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and headcount planning models.
  • •Strong proficiency in NetSuite and at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI), with familiarity with Rippling as a plus.
