Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and implementation of asset integrity management programmes for client operating assets.
  • •Provide specialist technical expertise in RBI, FFS, asset life assessment, and integrity management.
  • •Develop and enhance RBI methodologies and associated risk models.
  • •Support development and implementation of Integrity Operating Windows (IOW) programmes and inspection planning strategies.
  • •Lead technical studies (including RCA, life extension studies, and integrity assessments) and mentor integrity personnel through workshops and stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related discipline.
  • •15+ years’ experience in integrity engineering, inspection, or asset integrity management in oil and gas/petrochemical or related process industries, including 5+ years in a specialist or technical authority role.
  • •Experience developing and implementing integrity management frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and inspection strategies.
  • •Extensive delivery of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) programmes and integrity assessments, including Fitness-for-Service (FFS) assessments per API 579.
  • •API 571 and API 580 certifications (API 510/570 and/or API 653 preferred).
