Lead a regional team of General Managers across approximately 10 ADESA auction locations, driving auction operations performance and customer/team engagement. You’ll oversee strategic planning, analyze business/financial/operational data to identify opportunities, and execute change management and succession planning. Serve as a key point of contact and change agent across the organization while staying compliant with safety policies; expect substantial travel for ongoing site support.

•Provide senior local auction leadership to support business goals, auction processes, and customer/team engagement across the region.
•Drive regional strategic plans by advising leaders using business, financial, and operational information, and using data to identify opportunities.
•Lead change management initiatives and conceptualize/build new processes, systems, and programs to improve regional operations.
•Mentor and provide accountability to a team of General Managers, including succession planning through coaching, leadership development, and performance management.
•Ensure operational performance and safety compliance across auction locations while serving as a key point-of-contact and change agent.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•Live in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone (or be open to relocating within one of these time zones).
•Ability to travel up to 60% of the time to support assigned sites.
•Minimum of 8 years leading complex business transformation initiatives, developing people, and solving complex operational problems in a high-volume environment.
•Strong understanding of operations and auction operations; knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is beneficial.
