Job Summary

Drive practical, responsible AI adoption across the bank by running hands-on workshops, coaching, and office hours that turn approved AI tools into repeatable workflows. Build and maintain enablement content (guides, toolkits, decks, videos) and role-based learning paths. Track usage, participation, and business impact to identify gaps and improve initiatives, while partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams to overcome adoption barriers.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver hands-on AI workshops, coaching sessions, office hours, and enablement experiences for employees at varying levels of AI confidence.
•Reinforce responsible AI use through critical judgment, output validation, and appropriate escalation when AI output may affect customer, business, risk, or financial outcomes.
•Create and maintain AI enablement materials (job aids, quick reference guides, workshop decks, videos, resource pages, and practical toolkits) and role-based learning paths.
•Support workshop operations including intake, scheduling, participant communications, follow-up, feedback collection, and reporting.
•Track adoption and value by analyzing usage data, identifying skill gaps and low-adoption areas, and translating findings into recommendations for leaders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering training, workshops, enablement programs, learning experiences, coaching, or adoption support.
•Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage employees, managers, and leaders.
•Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, practical language.
•Comfort working with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Copilot.
•Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) and understanding of prompt engineering and output validation.
