Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage quality improvement project plans, milestones, and deliverables while reporting status to upper management.
  • •Solve complex quality problems by coordinating cross-functional groups to identify solutions and drive root-cause outcomes.
  • •Facilitate or lead kaizen events and standardization initiatives using Six Sigma or 8D methods across the global enterprise.
  • •Write and solicit feedback for process governance documents and monitor process performance with data and statistical reports.
  • •Govern and perform internal quality audits and coordinate CAPA for significant deviations; collaborate with supplier representatives to minimize supplier-caused nonconformances.
