Lead a global, multi-disciplinary engineering team to research, design, and deliver aircraft interior products (galley modifications and upgrades). Own end-to-end engineering responsibilities from customer specs to certified artifacts, drive KPIs across project phases, manage stakeholder relationships, and mentor engineers while ensuring compliance with certification and airworthiness standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a global team of multi-disciplinary engineers to deliver assigned work packages and drive performance using KPIs across all project phases.
•Own engineering responsibility for galley upgrade projects, including in-service product modification, cabin reconfigurations, and customization while ensuring certification compliance.
•Manage all engineering requirements from customer specifications to releasing verified artifacts, with ownership and accountability.
•Strategically identify program approaches, prototype/testing needs, and risks/opportunities for programs.
•Conduct design review meetings and mentor design engineers to ensure sign-off readiness and quality of documentation.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical engineering role
•STEM degree is highly desirable
•Experience in the design of mechanical/electrical systems for commercial aircraft interior products
•Ability to lead and manage a global, multi-disciplinary engineering team and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
•Knowledge of certification requirements and airworthiness regulations (FAA/EASA) is desirable
