Key Responsibilities

  • •Write and own end-to-end system instructions for AI voice agents, including persona, tone calibration, identity verification, and Gulf Arabic dialect behavior.
  • •Manage agents across the customer contact lifecycle and encode lender-specific rules into system instructions while injecting dynamic variables for personalization.
  • •Run daily test calls across real-world scenarios, review live/recorded calls for off-script or compliance gaps, and ship hotfixes quickly.
  • •Tune voice and speech components (STT/ASR, TTS, latency parameters) and control model parameters to keep behavior compliant and predictable.
  • •Monitor AI tooling developments, improve agent realism using call dynamics, and maintain detailed documentation for each prompt version.

Key Requirements

  • •Native or near-native Arabic speaking ability.
  • •Demonstrated experience in AI prompt engineering or training AI/LLM models in a professional setting.
  • •Working knowledge of the voice AI stack, including STT/ASR, TTS, and latency management.
  • •Understanding of LLM behavior such as temperature, constraints, failure modes, and manipulation resistance.
  • •Ability to write structured, unambiguous prompts in both English and Arabic with high attention to detail.
