Job Summary

Provide behavioral assessment and psychological analysis to support HUMINT mission teams. Conduct research and analysis of information from diverse sources to inform targeting and operational decision-making, administer and interpret psychological tests, and produce integrated behavioral assessments. Evaluate human sources for suitability, tasking, and risk, review case files and investigative materials, and deliver timely recommendations and well-structured reports to leadership.

•At least 20 years of general experience, including 15 years of specialized experience performing direct and indirect psychological assessments for HUMINT targeting.
•Knowledge and practice of applied behavior analysis, including the ability to administer and interpret psychological tests and prepare formal written behavioral assessments.
