Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead supply chain operations for the Youngsville manufacturing site, including planning, procurement, storage, and delivery to meet demand and business objectives.
  • •Oversee materials planning, production scheduling, purchasing of direct and indirect materials, inventory management, cycle counting, and warehousing operations.
  • •Provide onsite leadership to receiving, shipping, warehouse materials/kitting, master scheduling, and procurement buyer teams.
  • •Ensure correct planning parameters and transaction disciplines are used in SAP to generate proper orders and maintain accurate inventory balances.
  • •Manage and analyze supply chain performance metrics (inventory, delivery, cycle count accuracy, cost savings, and forecasts) and drive continuous improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, materials management, shipping/receiving, stock room, SIOP, or related operational leadership.

  • •Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, physical inventory, ERP (SAP) systems, and root cause corrective action.
