Middle Market Portfolio Manager

Assist in assessing risk and overseeing a commercial loan portfolio by leading analysis, underwriting, origination, and ongoing portfolio management. Apply loan structuring, risk identification, and the bank’s risk grading methodology to ensure covenant compliance and support annual portfolio reviews and renewals. Partner with relationship managers to develop lending proposals, grow profitable client relationships, and oversee post-approval due diligence and documentation, including guidance for junior team members.
