Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost management services for construction projects to meet cost control and quality objectives.
  • •Lead and develop cost management project teams, including onboarding support and recruitment participation.
  • •Act as Commission Manager, delivering end-to-end commission service with invoicing and project compliance through D-365.
  • •Manage estimating and cost planning activities, including ownership and presentation of final cost plan revisions and monthly post-contract cost reports.
  • •Lead value engineering and life cycle costing, implement cost controls, and support commercial negotiations and contract administration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects (e.g., cost manager, construction manager, procurement, project manager).
  • •Strong pre-contract and procurement experience in data center and high-tech manufacturing.
  • •Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software.
  • •Native-level proficiency and business-level proficiency in English, with strong communication and leadership skills.
