Key Responsibilities

•Greet customers and assist in selecting products that meet their needs, converting window shoppers into buyers.
•Promote the company loyalty program and upsell/cross-sell to increase sales opportunities.
•Maintain store standards and merchandising guidelines, and manage stock to ensure availability.
•Efficiently operate the POS system for billing and transactions; balance cash tills and process payments accurately.
•Follow loss prevention policies and ensure stock replenishment and re-merchandising are performed to support the customer experience.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
•Experience with checkout/POS systems and cash handling.
•Ability to learn product features and provide informed recommendations.
•Flexible to work extended hours during peak sales periods.
