•Analyze and document business requirements in core banking areas such as customer onboarding, accounts, deposits, lending, service processes, and product configuration.
•Create process models, business rules, user stories, and functional specifications to support platform and operating model transformations.
•Translate business requirements into implementable specifications for technology teams and support solution validation during delivery.
•Collaborate with business, operations, architecture, and test teams to enable end-to-end delivery in transformation programs.
•Participate in workshops, testing activities, data migration, and go-live preparations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,400 monthly

Key Requirements

•Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Analyst im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld mit relevanter Erfahrung im Core Banking, idealerweise global.
•Fundierte Kenntnisse in Core-Banking-Bereichen wie Girokonten, Einlagen, Kreditprodukte, Produkt-Engines oder Kundenservice.
•Erfahrung in Transformationsinitiativen mit Fokus auf Prozessneugestaltung, Plattformveränderungen oder Integration von Business und IT.
