Key Responsibilities

  • •Install sheet metal cladding over insulated HVAC ducts, chilled water lines, and process piping, valves, flanges, vessels, tanks, and equipment.
  • •Measure, fabricate, cut, bend, roll, and fit cladding sheets according to approved drawings and site requirements.
  • •Install removable cladding boxes for valves and other maintenance-access components.
  • •Fabricate and assemble cladding sections (including elbows, reducers, tees, end caps, and custom sections) using sheet metal.
  • •Ensure proper overlap, sealing, weatherproofing, and finishing; repair/replace damaged cladding during construction, pre-commissioning, or maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a cladder on HVAC and oil & gas projects.
  • •Vocational training or a trade/relevant certification.
  • •Proven experience with cladding HVAC ductwork, chilled water piping, process piping, vessels, and mechanical equipment.
  • •Ability to read and interpret HVAC layouts, piping isometrics, P&IDs, GA drawings, and insulation drawings.
  • •Knowledge of safe and efficient use of sheet metal fabrication tools and equipment.
