Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training, or work/military experience.
  • •Three (3) years of experience developing group-paced instructional materials for Surface Combat Systems in accordance with Navy curriculum development standards and guidelines.
  • •Two (2) of the three (3) years’ experience using Navy curriculum development software such as Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) I, AIM II, Content Planning Module (CPM)/Learning Object Module (LOM).
  • •Security clearance level: SECRET (must currently possess and be able to obtain).
  • •US citizenship required.
