Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, monitor, and update the owners’ Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • •Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large-scale capital programs.
  • •Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for project team approval.
  • •Conduct scheduling and resource loading/leveling; consolidate contractor schedules into the IMS.
  • •Apply EVM methodology to measure progress, assess critical-path impacts, and produce schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis. Note: SOX control responsibilities may be part of the role where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a field related to construction (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience in construction scheduling/planning or project controls.
  • •Direct experience working within complex matrix team environments.
  • •Expertise using Primavera P6 scheduling software.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
