Key Responsibilities

  • •Scope and plan client projects with clear technical success criteria and milestones
  • •Run concurrent delivery workstreams across multiple enterprise accounts
  • •Coordinate internal product and engineering resources without direct authority
  • •Lead client-facing project calls, working sessions, and technical reviews
  • •Identify and escalate delivery risk early, with a resolution path attached

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering background with ability to discuss system integration, data pipelines, and configuration
  • •Experience delivering enterprise SaaS delivery integrations, data products, or AI/ML feature rollouts
  • •Ability to manage measurable outcomes and drive expansion targets within accounts
  • •Ability to define and uphold technical success criteria in fast-moving client contexts
  • •Familiarity with data connectivity platforms or enterprise software (e.g., Snowflake, Salesforce, SAP) and related data workflows
