Job Summary

Maintain and troubleshoot industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment, ensuring it runs safely and efficiently. You’ll assist with installation and setup, perform preventative maintenance, read blueprints and wiring/process diagrams, and use hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, cut, and change parts. The role also includes maintaining cleanliness and safety of equipment and work areas while supporting assigned temporary or permanent duties.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in installation, set up, and maintenance of equipment.
•Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly schematic drawings.
•Operate hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, cut, change parts, and complete tasks.
•Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and safety of equipment and work areas by following company procedures and regulations.
•Complete other assigned responsibilities on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.

Key Requirements

•Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
•Strong mechanical aptitude.
•At least one year of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
•Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
•Knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to diagnose and fix problems.
