Senior Staff Partner Engineer

Lead delivery of Ripple payment solutions with customers and partners worldwide as a functional and technical specialist. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to gather, refine, and prioritize customer requirements, drive solution design and deployment, and guide integrations through the full delivery lifecycle—from training and meetings to testing and launch support. Independently handle mid-sized engagements, break down project objectives into executable tasks, resolve technical issues across networks, databases, and applications, and travel 20–30% for customer partner work.
