Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Senior Director to set strategic direction and translate it into operating plans.
  • •Own the team’s operating rhythm: planning, goal-setting, performance tracking, and day-to-day priorities as a trusted proxy in meetings and decisions.
  • •Drive operational excellence through timely reporting, budget tracking, industry analysis, and media measurement.
  • •Build AI-native systems to improve efficiency across briefing/review cycles, content tracking, and communications operations.
  • •Manage a small team and oversee special projects, editorial standards, preparedness protocols, and agency/vendor relationships to ensure quality and on-time deliverables.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 136,300 - 250,875 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8–10+ years of experience in communications, strategy, or operations, preferably at a tech company or in high-stakes communications.
  • •Chief of Staff or senior communications strategist experience acting as a trusted proxy for an executive.
  • •Exceptional writing ability, shifting between executive voice and internal narrative with strategic framing.
  • •Structured problem-solving to translate ambiguity into plans with owners, timelines, success criteria, and sustainable operating systems.
  • •Strong executive presence and high EQ, including reading people, influencing without formal authority, and mentoring teams.
