Own the human judgment layer in an AI-assisted content pipeline for Data and AI apprenticeships. Apply backward design to turn job-aligned outcomes into measurable curricula, assessments, and high-touch learning moments, and continuously improve cohorts when outcomes miss the mark. Use AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate development, while designing what AI can’t—branching narratives, bespoke multimedia, and stakeholder-ready learning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

•Design Data and AI programme outcomes using end-to-end backward design so success is measured by what learners can do on the job.
•Identify when learning isn’t landing and scope revisions to improve real-world outcomes for Data Analyst cohorts.
•Create custom, high-touch programmes and creative assets (e.g., branching narratives, bespoke multimedia, onboarding moments) requiring human empathy and nuance.
•Use AI tools and prompt engineering deliberately to accelerate content development and discover new learning design approaches.
•Collaborate with Programme Designers and senior stakeholders on pedagogical quality and evolve Data/AI rules and frameworks based on feedback.

•Fluency with AI-powered tools and prompt engineering to accelerate content development and apply AI in learning design.
•Ability to turn complex Data Science or Analytics concepts into effective learning experiences for people with zero technical background.
