Key Responsibilities

  • •Scope, design, and program-manage scalable global early career initiatives including internships, new graduate cohorts, and rotational tracks.
  • •Define and monitor program success metrics using participant feedback, hiring outcomes, retention, performance, and conversion data to improve effectiveness.
  • •Design and facilitate interactive development workshops for early career talent focused on professional skills, team dynamics, problem-solving, and career navigation.
  • •Build, nurture, and evaluate university partnerships and student organization relationships to expand the early career pipeline.
  • •Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to optimize intern/new grad conversion and ensure seamless transitions into long-term careers, including mentorship support.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of progressive experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Early Careers, designing and managing early career programs in a global tech environment.
  • •Hands-on experience running internship, graduate, or university-focused programs and driving them end-to-end.
  • •Experience facilitating workshops for early career professionals, connecting with and inspiring participants.
  • •Demonstrated experience building and managing external university partnerships and campus strategy initiatives.
  • •Strong use of data, feedback, and storytelling to measure program impact and drive continuous improvement.
