Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze player behavior across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, monetization, churn, and reactivation.
  • •Use segmentation, funnel, cohort, and retention analyses to identify opportunities, risks, and behavioral patterns.
  • •Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments, including hypotheses, sample-size estimation, metrics, and statistical testing.
  • •Measure performance of game features, promotions, events, bonuses, and campaigns while defining and maintaining key product metrics and analytical frameworks.
  • •Build dashboards and recurring reports, investigate unusual KPI changes, and translate findings into recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in gaming/online entertainment/betting/financial quantitative research or another high-volume digital product environment.
  • •Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets.
  • •Strong product/gaming metrics knowledge (e.g., retention, churn, conversion, ARPU/ARPPU, LTV, payer rate).
  • •Proficiency in Python or R and experience with BI/visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Apache Superset.
