Cloud Operations Engineer I

Manage and support the deployment and operation of Orion, a cloud-native SaaS platform for computer-aided drug design. Handle individual Orion installations, assist internal developers with AWS issues, and resolve service desk requests through triage, resolution, or escalation. Collaborate with backend, infrastructure, frontend, and scientific support teams while participating in a rotating on-call schedule to meet service levels.
