Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build streaming and batch pipelines (replication, analytics, enrichment) that feed the product and API.
  • •Build storage systems that scale to petabytes of time-series data while staying fast under load.
  • •Improve platform primitives such as data quality, lineage, stream/batch processing, and high-availability infrastructure.
  • •Shape platform architecture and how the team builds, including AI-powered tooling to improve the platform.
  • •Work day to day across data and backend systems in Java and Python; contribute to open source when relevant.

Key Requirements

  • •Built and owned production platforms or distributed systems at real scale without being managed.
