•Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration within assigned health systems.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Specialists, marketing, product development, and customer support to align on and successfully implement solutions.
•Build and maintain relationships with key health system stakeholders including administrators, clinicians, and IT professionals.
•Serve as a subject matter expert on patient monitoring solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the sales process and beyond.

Salary: USD 186,800 - 224,600 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of field sales experience in a healthcare setting, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience.
•Strong understanding of health system operations and dynamics, including experience working directly within health systems.
•Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions; proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Experience in the healthcare industry outside of pharmaceuticals, focused on solution-based selling.
•Proven experience with Lean methodologies and/or Six Sigma to eliminate waste and improve efficiency or reduce defects/variations.
