Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Technical Authority across multiple projects for process safety and major accident hazard management.
  • •Lead technical reviews during Concept, FEED, and Detailed Design phases.
  • •Perform independent design assurance and peer reviews.
  • •Resolve complex engineering challenges and provide specialist guidance.
  • •Support proposals, client workshops, business development, and mentor young engineers while developing engineering standards and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, or Industrial projects.
  • •Proven experience as a Technical Authority, Chief Engineer, Principal Consultant, Engineering Fellow, or equivalent.
  • •Technical expertise in HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, QRA, consequence modelling, ALARP, and IEC 61511.
  • •Knowledge of IEC, OSHA, and Saudi Aramco standards.
