Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and process customer orders through telephone, email, and other electronic means.
  • •Prepare shipping schedules and maintain accountability of outgoing and incoming shipments.
  • •Coordinate with company trucking fleet and outside haulers to meet delivery times and compliance requirements.
  • •Communicate with customers and truck drivers to dispatch orders in a timely, efficient manner.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum high school/general education degree (GED) required.
  • •Previous related experience in building materials dispatch or transportation industry preferred.
  • •Knowledge of masonry and hardscapes products, building materials, and cements is preferred.
  • •Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams; computer aptitude to learn new programs.
  • •Excellent verbal and mathematical skills, including reading maps and using mapping tools.
