Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
  • •Utilize CAMP and other approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Primarily focus on cross-selling to the existing customer base and participate in outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events.
  • •Process teller transactions and participate in the consumer loan and bankcard process from application through closing, while following retail policies and mitigating fraud risk.

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to engage in sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
