Job Summary

Own Xero’s “digital front door” and align web strategy with cross-functional teams to drive growth. Translate high-level business goals into actionable web and digital requirements, partnering with Engineering and Product to deliver prioritized initiatives. Lead work to optimize user journeys and personas, evolve the CMS content model with component-based patterns, manage the web backlog against technical debt, and ensure design-to-launch quality through QA and launch readiness.
