Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess patients entering the emergency room immediately and oversee emergency recovery.
  • •Order appropriate tests, follow treatment plans based on results, and develop patient care plans.
  • •Refer patients to appropriate specialists and ensure patients are stable before transferring for further evaluation.
  • •Provide discharge instructions and complete relevant paperwork, while maintaining patients’ medical records.
  • •Participate in department development plans, training programs, committees, on-call scheduling, and assessment of drug and equipment needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Current, good-standing medical license to practice in the country of residence.
  • •5 years of experience in a similar emergency medicine or urgent care role.
  • •Ability to assess and stabilize patients in a fast-paced, stressful environment and quickly think and act.
  • •Strong communication skills to explain complex medical information to patients and families.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills; SAP is a requirement to be successful.
