Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • •Communicate and clarify solution requirements, functionality, and design decisions with business owners and technical teams.
  • •Support the complete IT delivery lifecycle, including estimation, solution design, testing, deployment, release, and post-release verification.
  • •Contribute to development and enhancement of data loading processes, data models, WebFOCUS reports, and reporting solutions.
  • •Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvements while participating in sprint planning and execution.
