Key Responsibilities

  • •Own core authentication services, including stateless scalability trade-offs and real-time session revocation.
  • •Define and enforce fine-grained authorization across a massive multi-tenant hierarchy.
  • •Build internal SDKs, gRPC contracts, and middleware enabling 150+ downstream engineers to integrate security features.
  • •Manage enterprise integration infrastructure, including federated identity (SSO), automated provisioning (SCIM), and secure machine-to-machine (M2M) communication.
  • •Improve Tier-1 observability (MTTD/MTTR) and reliability of identity data and audit logging pipelines; establish technical bar and operational culture for an India-based hub.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of backend engineering building distributed systems in Go.
  • •Deep understanding of AuthN/AuthZ primitives including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and JWT.
  • •Experience managing complex data migrations and distributed architecture.
  • •Proficiency building gRPC-based microservices.
  • •Ability to write Technical Design Documents (TPDs) for cross-time-zone stakeholders (India and US).
