Job Summary

Join DP World as Assistant Manager in Customer Service for Rail & Inland Terminals in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities

•Share railing details with customers regarding Export/Import shipments and provide status updates.
•Update customers twice daily on train running, port arrival status, and related logistics.
•Send buffer shifting updates to customers on a daily basis and manage queries related to shipments.
•Inform customers about vehicle holds at the factory and work to ensure fast turnaround of vehicles.
•Prepare reports for exports as required by Sales and other stakeholders; assist with documentation like PDA receipts, VDS letters, and delivery orders.
•Assist Sales by sending emails regarding terminal and rail tariffs to customers and collect KYC and GST details from new customers.
•Support finance with timely submission of required documentation and notices; follow up on outstanding payments.
•Share arrival and in-transit details with customers and shipping lines to expedite clearance of cargo.
•Provide internal communications with weekly collection target plans and reconciliations with Finance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is required.
•Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
•Strong customer service and coordination abilities, preferably in logistics or rail/port environments.
•Ability to manage documentation and data accuracy (KYC, GST, delivery orders, payment reconciliation).
•Willingness to work onsite at the Hyderabad location.
