Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Providers before, during, and after visits to support patient care.
  • •Support members during visits by assisting with translation, gathering information, taking vitals, and answering questions.
  • •Perform phlebotomy and other essential medical tasks as directed by the Provider.
  • •Help close care gaps, review consent forms, and keep documentation accurate in EHR/EMR systems.
  • •Maintain medical supplies, prepare for smooth visits, and support outreach to schedule visits.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program.
  • •At least 1 year of healthcare experience (home-based care a plus).
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
  • •Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication skills preferred (preferred but not required).
