Own how Relay measures and improves courier excellence in the Last Mile network. Define and execute experiments, design measurements, and quantify what works to improve handovers, fleet quality, and courier-facing analytics. Collaborate with product, ops and engineering to evolve an existing performance management framework and drive measurable impact in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and run experiments to measure handover trade-offs between speed, quality and risk, and quantify what moves the network in the right direction.
•Evolve Relay's performance management framework to drive fleet quality by defining metrics, evaluating interventions, and closing the loop for continuous improvement.
•Develop courier-facing analytics and dashboards, making performance and rewards transparent to couriers and testing interventions for efficacy.
•Partner with product, operations and engineering to ensure analytics are integrated into roadmaps and day-to-day decision making.
•Communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and demonstrate impact of analyses on daily operations.
