Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce accurate, optimised maintenance work packages in MAXIMO using approved MMS data and technical documentation.
  • •Ensure work packages comply with maintenance policy, classification rules, statutory requirements, and engineering governance through Gate Reviews and PDRLs.
  • •Analyse resource demand, task duration, maintenance history, costs, and defect trends to improve forecasting and optimise demand planning.
  • •Collaborate with Maintenance Engineers, Platform Teams, Ship Delivery, Supply Chain and Material State communities to align work packages and demand plans.
  • •Monitor released work packages for safe completion, accurate UMMS/MAXIMO recording and effective close-out, applying lessons to future planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 46,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •ONC, HNC, HND or a degree-level education in an Engineering discipline, or equivalent relevant working experience.
  • •Specialist engineering knowledge and experience in a relevant subject area (Mechanical or Electrical).
  • •Working knowledge of the Engineering Lifecycle.
  • •Knowledge of statutory regulations, including Information Systems, Safety, Health & Environment, and Security requirements.
  • •Experience using Maintenance Management Systems, including problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis techniques.
