Key Responsibilities

  • •Be accountable for growing BitGo’s Staking AUC by building the best Staking support for new blockchains for Institutions.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Trust, Compliance, and other key stakeholders to set the product and technical vision to successfully execute against the same.
  • •Provide regular coaching to your team and the broader engineering department.
  • •Take direct responsibility for quality and delivery of the team’s work.
  • •Manage end-to-end availability and performance of critical services

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional software engineering experience; 2+ years in a managerial role
